Materials
Two-layers:Ag(Fine grain silver)/Cu, AgNi/Cu, AgCdO/Cu, AgSnO2/Cu,Ag/Ni,Cu/AlTri-layers:Ag(Fine grain silver)/Cu/Fe, AgNi/Cu/Fe, AgCdO/Fe, AgSnO2/Cu/Fe, 430#/Al/301#
Note: the base materials Copper includes red copper, brass, BZn, QSn etc.
Cu/Fe/Cu
Features1.It combines the good appearance and high thermal and electrical conductivities of Cu and low cost, high strength and good ductility of steel.
2.Good bonding strength, compactness and wear-resistance.
3.It has low resistivity and can be substitute for brass in some areas.

Properties
Materials | Layer thickness ratio | Resistivity | Width | Thickness | Hardness | Elongation | Tensile strength |
Cu/Fe/Cu | 1.5%/97%/1.5% | - | <600mm(Slitting upon customer’s needs) | 0.5-4mm(min. thickness is 0.05mm) | 90-130HV | >8% | 300-450MPa |
8%/84%/8% | 7.03μ Ω.cm | ||||||
10%/80%/10% | 6.29μ Ω.cm
12%/76%/12% | 5.61μ Ω.cm
Notes: 1.Layer ratio is more than 1.5%/97%/1.5% in consideration of workability. Apart from the ratio mentioned above, customized layer ratios are available. 2.The resistivity will decrease with the increase of the thickness of Cu layer. 3.Cladding layer could be other materials, such as brass. 4.Similar products include 301/Cu/301 which could replace BeCu and Cu/304(430,316L)/Cu which used in heat exchanger. |
Cu/Al
FeaturesNot only do Cu/Al material keep the good physical properties of Cu and Al, but save cost by decreasing the use of Cu, and solve the problem of low strength of pure Al. It is widely used in electronics, electricity, mechanics, automobile and daily utensils etc.

Properties
Material | Layer thickness ratio | Resistivity | Width | Thickness | Hardness | Elongation | Tensile strength |
Surface layer: Cu | 15%-30% | ≤2. 73μ Ω.cm | <600mm | 0.8-4mm | 50-90HV | ≥10% | 100-150MPa |
Base layer: Al | Balance | 20-45HV
Notes: 1.Except mentioned above, layer thickness ration, width, thickness and heat-treatment condition could be customized. 2.There are two structures could be chose, inlay and overlay. 3.The resistivity and tensile strength list in table is those of Cu (15)/Al (85), they will be changed with the change of layer thickness ratio. |
