On August 18, the Wenzhou Red Cross and Wenzhou Hongfeng jointly established Hongfeng Care, a Wenzhou Red Cross Special Fund. Hongfeng donated CNY 500,000 to the Wenzhou Red Cross as the start-up fund in the first phase. This fund will be specially used for poverty alleviation, caring for students, and the like, showing joint efforts to extend the charity of the Red Crossin Wenzhou.
